Thanks to Google Trends, we can see that grey hair trend is taking over the island - thousands of British women are searching for chic silver grey hair dye and dark grey hair dye, and we couldn’t dismiss this request! How do I know if silver grey hair will suit me?

Brunettes wishing to achieve a light grey colour would need to strip out their natural colour with hair lightener first, and then apply the Silver Grey hair dye. Bleaching may be stressful for your hair, so try to lighten your hair safely and do it in a few sessions.

Apply dry shampoo before going to the gym to skip washing your hair afterwards. When going to the shower, use a shower cap to protect your hair from water and additional sweat.
